David Bohm (1917-1992)
Bohm was Professor of Theoretical Physics at Birkbeck College, University of London and author of such books as Causality and Chance in Modern Physics and Wholeness and the Implicate Order.

He contributed to Evolution of Consciousness: Studies in Polarity.

In 1982 Barfield and Bohm met for a series of conversations at Drew University sponsored by the Kettering Foundation.

In Towards (2.3 and 2.4), Bohm and G. B. Tennyson engaged in a discussion of the name and nature of imagination.

The physicist "Flume" in Unancestral Voice may be loosely patterned on Bohm.
